General Terms & Condition
LONDON DRIVE.ME is having its registered office at- 134, Rowan Road, West Drayton, UB7 7UE, London UK. The objective is to be an aggregator of cabs operating through internet, mobile apps and android.
Through the system LONDON DRIVE provides a platform through which Traveler (s) can hire the cab as per their requirement. LONDON DRIVE enables the Traveler to communicate their requirement in order to locate and contact chauffeur(s).
We act solely as an intermediary between the Traveler and Chauffeur.
Booking can be made online by filling up the booking form and the user will receive the booking confirmation through mail. Payment can be made through any of the credit/debit cards can be made for any person other than card holder also. The credit card information needs to be entered and saved only at the first booking; the information is protected from unauthorized access. London Drive does not store the information. The use of credit card is totally safe, we use Worldpay payment gateway for payment. Worldpay has a 128 bits SSL encryption technology compliant solution certified by VeriSign. To increase the comfort for recurring transactions, the credit card information is saved for an extended period.
  1. The Traveler is aware that this website is only for the convenience and use of the general public. By accessing and using the information contained in this website, you shall be deemed to have agreed to comply with and be bound by the terms of use contained herein, which may be updated and amended from time to time.
  2. The Traveler agrees and accepts that the use of the services provided by London Drive is at the sole risk of the Traveler, and further acknowledges that the Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  3. You may travel to certain destinations through certain routes which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
  4. The Company encourages all the Travelers to take full responsibility of their items. In case of items lost items inside the Cab during the journey, the Company will try to locate the items on a “best-effort” basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or damage to the same.
  5. If the Traveler leaves any goods in the Cab or has any complaint in respect of the Services or the use of the Cab, the Traveler has to inform Company of the same in writing within 24hours of using the Cab or the Services of the Company.
  6. The Company does not provide transportation services, and is neither a transportation carrier nor a common carrier.
  7. London Drive is a service provider that facilitates the formation and administration of travel arrangements between Chauffeurs and the Travelers.
  8. Distances between two locations (points) be mentioned on the website are approximate. Actual distance may differ depending on the exact geographical location of the points under consideration.
  9. The vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the Traveler will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.
  10. In case of a no show where the Traveler has not informed London drive on the changes on his schedule 24 hours before the pick up no refunds will be made. The amendments can be done by logging in London drive Web portal (User name) and mention the booking reference number.
  11. Traveler is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled and also for additional hourly charges if applicable. Any unscheduled changes will attract additional charges as applicable.
    Transfer Jobs – Waiting Hours will be charged after One Hour at a flat rate of 15 GBP / Half hour
  12. All bookings under consideration are on a calendar day basis.
  13. The Chauffeur will wait for the Traveler on the travel date for not more than 90 minutes from his pick up time in a case the Traveler does not inform the Chauffeur on the delay. After 90 minutes the booking will be considered as a case of no show and full booking amount will be forfeited with the waiting charges.
    Waiting Hours will be charged after One Hour at a flat rate of 15 GBP / Half hour
  14. For all travel types Traveler has to bear all extra charges like toll, taxes, charges on for extra miles consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, parking charges, night charges and any other charges applicable as mentioned.
  15. Transfers with unspecified distance coverage will only include one way transfer. Pick ups or drops from multiple locations are not included in such bookings.
  16. Discount shown on our website is only for indicative purpose. The exact discount amount or savings offered depends on the service type.
  17. London Drive cannot be hold accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the Traveler due to traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the Chauffeur or lapses on the part of the Chauffeur.
  18. London Drive cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage, physical injury etc suffered by the Traveler while availing its services.
    The Traveler agrees and acknowledges that the use of the Services offered by London Drive is at the sole risk of the Traveler and that London Drive disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality, merchantability and fitness for any purposes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    London Drive may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
  19. The Company has the right to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to the Travelers, use of the this website, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use at any time and the Traveler shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment are incorporated into these terms and conditions at website i.e. ……………………………. or on the date that the Company may indicate that such addition, variation or amendment has to come into effect.
  20. London Drive reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of London Drive’s systems as well as the interests of the Traveler are and remain well protected.
  21. In a scenario, where in a Traveler already has received the Chauffeur & cab details and the cab hired does not show up on the day of travel, it will be considered as the failure of the fleet partner of London Drive. London drive being an on-line car aggregator will take all necessary efforts to provide the Traveler an alternative mode of transport immediately, in the shortest possible time & if failing to do so will provide the Traveler a full refund, which will be processed in a maximum 15 working days. London drive is not liable to reimburse its Traveler for any expenses like hotel stay charges, flight ticket charges or any other type of monetary expenses which the Traveler had to bear as a result of no show of the cab on the day of planned cab travel.
  22. Towards this end, London Drive may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by the Travelers.
  23. London Drive shall not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any Cab/car rental operators or other suppliers for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from.
  24. London Drive shall not be liable for any conduct of the Chauffeurs of the Cabs. However, London Drive encourages you to notify it of any complaints that you may have against the Chauffeur of any Cab that you may have hired using London Drive's Services.
  25. London Drive reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.
  26. All the calls made to London Drive's call center are recorded by London Drive for quality and training purposes.
The Traveler agrees and accepts that the use of the Services provided by London Drive is at the sole risk of the Traveler, and further acknowledges that London Drive disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Traveler shall ensure that he/she will not indulge in any of the following activities while in a Cab:
  1. Smoking or consuming any kind of intoxicants inside the Cab. The Chauffeur has the right to refuse the pick-up or ask the Traveler to alight the cab if the Traveler is found to be in an intoxicated state or is found misbehaving with other Travelers or the Chauffeur, or is causing a nuisance.
  2. Littering the Cab.
  3. Soiling or damaging the seats and/or any other interiors of the Cab.
  4. Misusing, soiling or damaging any of the devices (technical/non-technical) in the Cab.
  5. Asking the Chauffeur to break any Traffic/City Police and/or government rules for any purpose (especially reaching the destination earlier). The Chauffeur has the right to refuse such a request by the Traveler. The Chauffeur also has the right to refuse such a pick-up or ask such Traveler(s) to alight from the cab.
  6. Asking the Chauffeur to board more Travelers than prescribed by London Drive during the time of booking. The Chauffeur has the right to refuse such a pick-up or ask such Traveler(s) to alight from the cab.
  7. Pressurizing the Chauffeur to overload the boot space of the Cab with luggage. The Traveler shall not be generally allowed to use the seating area of the Cab for placing any luggage.
  8. If any Traveler misses the train or flight or bus, the Company will not be liable for any compensation. The Traveler shall make an alternate arrangement if the Cab has not reached due to any reason.
  1. The Traveler shall pay the entire amount up front with online payment through the London Drive System.
  2. The difference if any in the amount paid and the distance travelled shall be paid through the London Drive System.
  3. In refundable policy, the amount will be credited to your credit card/debit card account from which the payment was made to London drive in approximately 15 working days.
We may share your Personal Information with other third parties in the following manner:
  1. Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations (e.g., marketing, technology services).
  2. To a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”) or to a merging company.
  3. Law enforcement agencies, government officials, Courts or other third parties if you consent or if directed to do so.
  4. The Company may share aggregated information that includes non-identifying information and log data with third parties for industry analysis and demographic profiling.
We do not sell, share, rent or trade your personal information or geo-location information.
We will retain your information (including geo-location) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services please contact us. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
  1. This Site is only for your personal use and it is subject to change without notice. You shall not distribute exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose.
  2. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  3. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
  1. The London Drive System and any services provide to you by London Drive are made available on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. You use the Service at your own risk. We do not make any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through use of the Services.
  2. London Drive will use reasonable efforts to locate Chauffeurs who may be able to satisfy your service requirements but the fulfillment of your request is not guaranteed either in your specified time frame or at all, and whether or not to your satisfaction.
  3. Cab or any other ratings displayed on this website are intended as only general guidelines, and London Drive do not guarantee the accuracy of the ratings. London Drive makes no guarantees about the availability of specific products and services.
  4. It is expressly made clear to you hereby that London Drive does not own any Cabs nor does it directly or indirectly employ any Chauffeurs for the Cabs. Cabs and Chauffeurs are all supplied by third parties and London Drive disclaims any and all liability in respect of the Chauffeurs and the Cabs alike.
  5. London Drive does not promise that the London Drive System will be error-free or its use uninterrupted.
  6. The Company’s website is continuously updated and checked for inaccuracies, omissions and inconsistencies. However, even with the greatest care, inaccuracies, omissions and inconsistencies may occur. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in such information and materials.
  7. London Drive disclaims any and all liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from using the London Drive System.
  8. London Drive has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond reasonable control, and responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
The Company may introduce you to chauffeur for the purposes of providing transportation. London Drive will not assess the suitability, legality or ability of any Chauffeur and you expressly waive and release the company from any and all liability, claims or damages arising from or in any way related to the Traveler. The company will not be a party to disputes, negotiations of disputes between you and such Chauffeur. By accepting the General provisions of this term sheet, you acknowledge that London Drive has no involvement in the contractual relationship between Chauffeur and Traveler.
London Drive is only responsible for the itinerary booked by the Traveler on the London Drive System. London Drive will try and adjust the itinerary if requested by the Traveler, but London Drive does not guarantee that any such adjustments will be made. Traveler can request for amendments / cancellation to a booking made earlier by him only if the request is done 24 hours before the pick up time. No changes will be done within 24 hours of the time of pick up time. In cases where amendments are requested on cab type, the cab type requested is subject to availability.
Refundable amount for the cancellation bookings will be done on following basis
Before 24 Hours- 100% amount to be refunded.
24 hours - 12 hours – 50 % amount to be refunded.
12 hours - 08 hours – 30 % amount to be refunded.
08 hours - 04 hours - 20 % amount to be refunded.
The refunds will be made by online transfer to the Traveler’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
